It is great pleasure to meet you on-line, so-called 'the 5th Estate.'  At this era of new millennium characterized by 'digital economy' and 'knowledge economy,' it gives me a great excitement and expectation that we have constructed the new information channel which enables us to share diverse opinions.

As the only comprehensive economic organization in the area over the past twenty years, the Icheon CCI has been making all-out efforts to promote the national and local economy, and to protect the rights and interests of member companies. 

In the 21st century, the trend of internationalization and digitalization has greatly changed business environment.  Such a rapid change is putting an added requirement on the role of CCI, and we feel grave responsibility to serve the diverse demands of member businesses.

Against this backdrop, Icheon CCI will further enhance its activities, at the same time search for new business opportunities which can meet the expectation of business sectors such as the promotion of the balanced development and industrial informatization.

Also, as an industrial hub in central part of Korea, Icheon CCI will take a leading role in the stimulation of local economy through various activities such as the improvement of the business environment, development of the state-of-the-art technology, and implementation of support projects to increase industrial competitiveness, etc.

Icheon CCI, as a voice of commerce and industry, will exert its best efforts to encourage the entrepreneurship and to improve the business environment. It will help our members cope with the rapidly changing business environment.
